Can I sign up to finance on your website?

YES! It's all part of the buying process. Simply choose the car you want. Use our payment calculators on the car listing page to check affordability and then proceed using buttons provided.
You will also get an almost instant decision on your finance application!


Can I part exchange my car online?

Absolutely! We have a great system in place, that when you start the checkout process, it asks you if you have a part exchange. Simply enter the cars details and give an accurate description on the car and the system will tell you how much it's worth. We can even pickup your part exchange when we deliver the car to you. We can't make it more convenient if we tried.


What happens if I don't like the car when it's delivered?

When we deliver your car to you, we do everything in our power to make sure it will be as perfect as perfect can be. However, in the unlikely event that you don't like the car, we can take the car away, no fuss, and even help you to find a better one! This is about you, the customer. If you are not happy, we will do our upmost to make sure you will be.


What about a test drive?

When we deliver the car, you have the right to take it out for a test drive. You can do so while our colleague waits, alternatively, you can test the car out fully over 24 - 48 hours. If you are not happy with the car, we will put it right!


I am self-isolating. Do you offer a contact-free service?

Absolutely. Our customers are our highest priority. We can do all paperwork electronically, and even post the keys through the letterbox. For that added peace of mind, we also clean the car with antibacterial products upon delivery. Our delivery driver will also where a fresh set of gloves upon delivery.


Will the car be ready to drive away?

YES! All of our vehicles undergo a thorough pre-delivery inspection to ensure the car is in full working order, fit for purpose and most importantly safe to drive. Along with the pre-delivery inspection, should the car have less than 6 months MOT, we put it through a MOT so you get a full year on the car. If it has more than 6 months, the car will remain with what the MOT's duration states. The only things we don't provide are; TAX and Insurance. This (unfortunately) is left up to you, the customer.


Will I get some kind of warranty on the car?

Yes you will. As standard we offer 3 month cover of the Engine and Gearbox. However, this cover is limited to 3000 miles and has a claim limit of £250 per claim.
We do, however, offer Platinum Cover as an optional upgrade. It is optional, however, we cannot stress the importance of having full coverage as at the end of the day, cars are machines and can unfortunately break down. Price depends on make and model of car, but will give you a £1,000 per claim limit. Unlimited claims and unlimited mileage. Its comparative to a manufacturers warranty.
