We are open for viewings on a 1-to-1 appointment basis to give the customer the time they deserve. This doesn't stop people from walking around outside looking at cars, but this is to restrict the number of people inside the showroom at any single time. All cars are locked to stop people jumping in and out of vehicles, to minimise the risks. So to view a car or go for a test drive, you will need to book an appointment with us.
You will be allocated a time slot at your convenience and we will prepare the car, by cleaning it, sanitising the inside and getting it ready for your exclusive viewing. You will be able to view the car in your own time in a dedicated viewing area of which cleaning and sanitising products will be made available to you.
We do ask for a £99 fully refundable deposit to reserve the vehicle to show commitment in buying the car. If you like the car and wish to buy the car, the £99 deposit will be taken off the price of the car. If for whatever reason after viewing that you have decided that the car isn't for you, you will get the £99 deposit fully refunded back to you.
Test Drive Policy
Anyone can test drive any vehicle subject to if the customer is buying the car. The reason for this, due to Government Guidelines, is we sanitise all vehicles for appointments. We want to ensure the safety of our customers and staff by minimising the number of people that go in and out of our vehicles.
No Haggling Policy
We aim to be the cheapest in the country for the make, model, mileage, year and condition for each and every car we have in stock. Therefore, we do not discount further.

This includes the electronic signing of all paperwork so you don’t have to go into our dealership. We will also delivery to your door, cleaning your car ahead of the handover and posting keys through the letterbox, all to give you complete peace of mind.
After the vehicle is prepped, deep cleaned and completely sanitised, we can also deliver your car to your door in our fully insured trailer for added security.
There are a few options available to you if you’re struggling to make your finance repayments. If you’ve already repaid more than half the original finance amount (and you’ve decided you’d rather not keep the vehicle) you can choose to return it to the finance company. This is called a ‘voluntary surrender’ and means you won’t have to make any further payments. It’s part of your statutory rights and won’t affect your credit status.
If you haven’t repaid half the finance amount yet, you may still be able to cut the cost of your monthly payments by refinancing your car. This will allow you to pay back a little less each month in return for extending your finance agreement by a number of months. This option is often possible if your car is currently worth more than the amount you’ve left to repay. Unusually low interest rates (in part thanks to the recently reduced Bank of England Base Rate) may also help you save a little money each month, too.
The Finance and Leasing Association advises customers to “contact their lender as soon as possible if they anticipate problems – they’re there to help. The type of assistance will likely vary depending on the customer’s circumstances, but starting the conversation is key”.
